The Role
Working within a highly skilled production team, you'll be responsible for operating advanced CNC Mill/Turn machines to manufacture precision components.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Operating CNC Mill/Turn machines
Loading and unloading components
Monitoring machining operations and performing basic offsets where required
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Conducting quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
Completing production documentation
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience operating CNC machines within a manufacturing environment
Is eager and confident to learn Mill/Turn machining technology
Can read engineering drawings and follow work instructions
Has experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers, verniers and gauges
Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Is reliable and committed to workplace safety
Previous Mill/Turn experience is advantageous but not essential
. Full training will be provided for candidates who have solid CNC experience and the right attitude to learn.
