About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata and community corporations.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service
Coordinating maintenance, contractors and insurance claims
Preparing meeting agendas, reports, budgets and minutes
Chairing committee and general meetings
Building strong client relationships
Managing multiple priorities while ensuring legislative compliance
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has robust leadership and people management skills
Is highly organised with exceptional time management
Is a confident communicator and problem solver
Builds trust and lasting client relationships




Has excellent attention to detail
Works well independently and within a team
Is confident using technology
Holds a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience in strata, property, real estate, customer service, facilities management, project management or business management will be highly regarded, but we are equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, leadership ability and willingness to learn.
