One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Salesforce IT Administrator in Canberra.
We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Responsibilities
Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions (objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, email templates, email notifications etc).
Manage and resolve user support tickets related to functionality, assignments, Voice calls, Omni channel, Permission set groups, configuration etc.
Develop Current Experience Cloud Landing Page required for campaigns as per business requirements.
Support the Project Team to manage updates, releases for Salesforce CRM.
Closely working with Salesforce support team in resolving functional & product issues.
