About the Role
Parts Interpreters work with customers to identify their parts needs within the Toyota, Lexus and Hino range of vehicles. Delivering a great customer experience, working with other team members to ensure all customers are attended to in a respectful and qualified manner; whether that be in person or remotely.



We have a high level of training and support to give you the best chance of succeeding in your role.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately identify parts across Toyota, Lexus, and Hino vehicles
Use catalogues and digital systems to interpret and source parts
Receive and process parts orders efficiently
Prepare invoices and assist with administrative tasks
Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty
Uphold safety and operational standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a parts department (Toyota preferred)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and cataloguing systems
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
A proactive, team-oriented attitude
