The Prospect
Current Role - Branch Manager
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a
Branch Manager
to lead our Perth operations in
Maddington.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, overseeing the workshop, service, parts and rental fleet. You will be accountable for operational performance, developing your team, delivering exceptional customer service and growing the profitability of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:




Lead and manage the daily operations of the Perth branch
Oversee service, parts, workshop and rental fleet activities
Mentor, coach and develop a high-performing team
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Develop and implement service offering strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Build and strengthen customer relationships
Manage branch budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and future growth
About You:
You are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You will bring:
A successful track record in a similar role ideally gained in capital equipment, automotive or industrial sector
Strong leadership skills with proven capability of leading service or operational teams
Solid financial acumen and P&L; management experience
Excellent communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
