An exciting chance has become available for an experienced Senior Behaviour Change Advisor to join a large and complex organisation on a 6-month contract.
You will play a key role in developing and delivering customer insight and behaviour change initiatives that support major organisational programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data research, strategy and stakeholder engagement to influence customer outcomes and drive evidence-based data decision making.
About the Role:
Develop and deliver customer behaviour change strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
Lead customer research activities including surveys, focus groups, customer journey mapping and insight gathering.
Analyse customer data and research to identify trends, prospects and actionable recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour change initiatives through KPI tracking and performance reporting.
Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders and governance groups.
Translate complex customer insights into practical strategies that improve customer experience and engagement.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure customer insights are embedded into planning and decision making.
Contribute to a customer-centric culture by advocating for evidence-based improvements across multiple projects.
About You:
Demonstrated experience data insights and collating data to then deliver on behaviour change, customer engagement or customer experience strategies.
Solid background in customer research, insights, monitoring and evaluation.
Experience analysing qualitative and quantitative data to produce meaningful recommendations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to a range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across complex environments.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Previous experience working within government, infrastructure, transport or other large, complex organisations will be highly regarded.
