is seeking an experienced and motivated
Leading Hand Carpenter
to join our team.
Based in Warragul, we are a locally focused builder delivering a diverse range of projects, including custom new homes, renovations, extensions, and small commercial developments.
We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and high-quality finishes, and we're looking for someone who shares the same commitment to excellence.
About the Role
The successful applicant will have experience across a broad range of construction disciplines and be confident managing day-to-day site activities while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Extensive carpentry and construction experience
Still wanting to work on site fulltime




Strong knowledge across residential and light commercial building projects
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to lead trades and coordinate site activities
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to quality workmanship and professional presentation
