Business Analyst — Data & AI
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a high-performing Data, AI & Loyalty division — bridging the gap between business stakeholders and data and analytics delivery teams within a major Australian retailer.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead discovery and requirements activities across analytics and AI initiatives, translating complex business needs into transparent technical requirements and working closely with engineering and data science teams to support agile delivery from discovery through to implementation.
What you'll bring
Solid discovery, requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation skills




Excellent communication skills- ability to work with business stakeholders
Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI
Confidence working alongside data engineers, analysts and architects
Familiarity with agile delivery from discovery to implementation
Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Salesforce or Oracle eBusiness Suite is advantageous
