Raw Civil is growing, and we're looking for a Contract Administrator to support our Projects Team.
We're after someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes ownership of their work and wants to help build a business, not just turn up and do a job.
You'll work alongside our Project Managers, helping keep projects running commercially while building solid relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
If you've worked in civil construction and enjoy the commercial side of project delivery, we'd LOVE to hear from you.
The role
You'll be involved in:
Procurement and subcontract management.
Progress claims and subcontractor payments.
Variations and contract administration.
Cost tracking and project reporting.
Supporting Project Managers across multiple projects.
Assisting with estimating and tender submissions when required.
About you
We're not too worried about ticking every box. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable,



organised and wants to be part of the team.
Ideally you'll have:
Experience as a Contract Administrator in civil construction.
A positive understanding of procurement and contract management.
The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Robust communication and organisational skills.
Experience with Varicon, or other Civil Cost Management Systems.
