Job Description
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions within the supply chain division.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost‐saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive business improvements.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to enhance reporting capabilities.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CA or CPA (or working towards one).
Solid analytical and problem‐solving skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial modelling and using ERP systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams.
Knowledge of the FMCG industry and supply chain processes is highly regarded.
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
