We're expanding, and we're looking for a Customer Sales Assistant who turns every call, email and follow-up into the kind of experience that makes customers choose WPA again.
No industry experience? No problem
— we'll provide full training on our products, systems, and the industry.
What you'll be doing
First point of contact for customer enquiries across inbound calls, outbound calls, and email
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery
Quoting, processing orders and following up to keep customers informed every step of the way
Proactively following up customers — before and after the sale
Working closely with a small, supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time
