Junior Factory Hand / Machine Operator
to join our friendly team in Caloundra.
No previous experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy practical work, and are keen to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you build a long-term career.
You'll be learning how to:
Operate contemporary manufacturing machinery
Load and unload materials
Assist with making custom plastic products
Check products for quality
Pack finished orders ready for dispatch
Follow safe work practices
Keep your work area clean and organised
Every day is different, so you'll constantly be learning new skills and working on a variety of projects.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Is reliable and turns up ready to work

Pays attention to detail
Experience in manufacturing isn't required. This role is ideal for school leavers, juniors, or anyone wanting to start a career in manufacturing.

6:00 am – 12:00 pm
