Job Description As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the practice, helping ensure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they arrive.
What you'll be doing Welcoming patients with a warm and professional approach Answering phone calls and assisting with enquiries Booking and managing appointments Processing payments and health fund claims Maintaining patient records accurately Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks Helping the practice run smoothly and efficiently Qualifications You'll be someone who: Loves providing great customer service Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude Is organised and enjoys working in a quick-paced setting Has good computer skills and picks up recent systems quickly Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Previous dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
