TRG Transport Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a confident, organised and customer‐driven professional to join our team in Wingfield.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — managing bookings, processing orders, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth, on‐time deliveries in a fast‐paced environment.
What you'll do
Handle inbound enquiries (phone & email)
Process and update customer orders in our transport systems
Build robust relationships with your customer portfolio
Work closely with operations to meet deadlines and resolve issues
Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
About You




12+ months customer service experience (transport/logistics highly regarded)
Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‐moving environment
Confident with MS Office and general computer systems
