We're looking for ahands-on Senior Retail Coordinatorto support our stores atMarion & Colonnadesin SA.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to step up, take ownership and be a key part of the day-to-day running of the stores.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a practical, on-the-floor role where you will be actively involved in all areas of store operations.
You will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service and driving sales
Processing transactions and handling day-to-day store operations
Supporting store presentation and visual merchandising
Assisting with stock organisation and management
Completing banking and operational tasks
Supporting vendor relationships and in-store experience
Assisting with bump-ins and store changes
Supporting and guiding retail team members
You'll be working across both locations and helping ensure the stores run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard.
ABOUT YOU
You will:




Have previous retail experience
Be confident speaking with customers and making sales
Be reliable, organised and proactive
Take pride in store presentation and standards
Be comfortable taking initiative and supporting others
Enjoy being hands-on and involved throughout your shift
