National Supply Chain Manager
Air Diffusion Australia are a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of high-quality heating and cooling products.
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven National Supply Chain Manager based at our Beverley location.
This is a current role that has been created to support significant company expansion.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading and optimising our end-to-end supply chain network across the ADA group manufacturing and branches operations, ensuring product availability, production planning, inventory management, supplier performance and customer service while delivering cost efficiencies and supporting growth.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning capabilities and the ability to drive operational excellence through cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead & mentor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement and warehouse teams
Identify prospects to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain
Production planning and scheduling including inventory and stock accuracy




Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
Ability to meet seasonal demands
Bills of material management
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements
Manage container imports, & national and local transportation and freight operations
Requirements
Possess excellent communication, problem solving and people skills
Experience in managing procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics functions
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, with robust commercial and financial acumen
Confidence to generate new ideas and add value
Ability to build and develop a team showing integrity, respect, trust and fairness
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
