JOB TITLE: MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR/RECEPTION
We are a boutique real estate office, and we believe that great people make a great business.
We require an outstanding and experienced Advertising/Marketing co-ordinator to join our successful sales team. Experience in a similar role is essential. This exciting position requires you to have boundless energy, be a multi-tasker and have great time management skills.
We would envisage the successful candidate to have a minimum of two years' experience in marketing with a solid understanding of online & print advertising and copy writing.
Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
• Placement of all media advertising
• Management of marketing for each property
• Co-ordinate all marketing, advertising and PR activities
• Manage agent marketing schedules
• Manage office marketing schedules
• Manage social media schedules
• Manage electronic digital marketing correspondence
• Supervise the quality control of branded materials
• Website management
• Establish and maintain valuable working relations with suppliers
• Maintain records of supplier rate cards, publication options,



advertisement specifications, promotional deals, and deal end dates
• Prepare marketing budgets as required
• Prepare marketing campaigns for all properties and ensure all advertising deadlines are met
• Ad hoc duties
• Reception as required
Required Skills:
• Must have a high attention to detail and excellent time management ability
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Must be deadline driven, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook, and solid typing skills.
• Previous experience with real estate marketing systems
• Must be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
• Previous real estate experience is preferred
