This position oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching Italian marine and architectural lighting products.
The role involves supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
The Warehouse Supervisor manages inventory accuracy, coordinates shipping and receiving activities,



and optimizes material handling processes to maintain efficient workflows.
The role also includes maintaining organized storage areas, operating or overseeing forklift use, and collaborating with logistics and sales teams to meet customer delivery requirements.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring.Experience in shipping & receiving and inventory control within a warehouse or distribution environment.Proficiency in material handling and forklift operation, with current certifications where required.Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, compliance with handling standards, and basic equipment maintenance.Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.Attention to detail and comfort using warehouse management systems or related software.Previous experience in supervising a warehouse focused on lighting, construction, or marine products is beneficial.Relevant vocational qualifications or training in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain are an advantage.
