We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-onLeading Handto join our production team and help drive our operations forward.The RoleAs a Leading Hand, you will oversee our dailyfilling and packaging operationsto ensure maximum efficiency.
You will balance supervisory duties with physical, on-the-ground tasks to maintain a secure and productive workplace.Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision:Guide and support filling teams to meet daily production targets.
Workflow Optimization:Maintain a smooth, continuous flow of materials and finished goods.
Plant Maintenance:Perform basic machinery troubleshooting and routine preventative maintenance.
Logistics Support:Complete store runs and coordinate raw materials for production lines.
Quality Control:Apply strict attention to detail to ensure products meet high standards.
Safety Leadership:Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and enforce OHS policies.
What We Are Looking For
Physically Fit:Ability to handle repetitive lifting and physical manual tasks comfortably.
Detail-Oriented:Focused on product quality, correct measurements, and accurate paperwork.
Problem Solver:Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues on production machinery.
Strong Communicator:Ability to lead a small team effectively and keep morale high.
Licences:A currentManual Driver's LicenceandLF Forklift Licenceare highly desirable.
