Sales Support Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support sales and partner engagement activities. The role focuses on lead qualification, outbound customer engagement, quoting support, and coordination between Partners, Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Client Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
Identify potential opportunities and maintain accurate lead records.
Conduct outbound calls to gather information and assess customer requirements.
Support the preparation and coordination of customer quotations.
Liaise with Partners, PAMs, and Client Managers to ensure timely communication and follow-up.




Track prospect progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist with day-to-day sales support and administrative activities.
Skills and Experience
Experience in sales support, customer service, business development, or a similar role.
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
Confidence in conducting outbound customer calls.
Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
