About This Prospect
Blenners Transport is seeking a motivated and experiencedOperations/Depot 2IC/Dock Supervisorto join ourMareeba Depot team.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight, supervising dock operations, coordinating freight movements, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
Position Requirements
Current High Risk Forklift Licence.
Current HR Drivers Licence.
Current HC/MC Licence (desirable).
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
Experience in transport, warehousing or logistics operations.
Strong understanding of safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily loading, unloading and freight movement operations.
Coordinate with drivers, subcontractors and dock staff to meet delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility, HACCP, AQIS and workplace safety requirements.
Develop compliant load plans and oversee safe loading practices.
Lead and support dock team members while maintaining an efficient and organised workplace.
Local deliveries as required.
