Our client, Australia's number one baking manufacturer, is expanding their agile team and looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals to jump on board!
About the Role:
You'll be involved in a variety of tasks across the production process, including:
Quality assurance
Loading and unloading baking tins
Operating baking equipment
Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
Other general production duties
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates who have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and a robust desire to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent attention to detail
Work well in a team and independently
Thrive in a rapid-paced environment
Be flexible to work rotating rosters, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends
To be successful, you must:
Hold a current driver's licence
Be available for on-call shifts
Be physically fit – this is a fast-paced, hands-on role
Be reliable and punctual
Be willing to undergo drug & alcohol testing
Food production experience is highly regarded but not essential
