About the Role Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.




Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a robust focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing - encapsulation, compression and stick line and packaging machinery Set up machines and perform changeovers when required Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting Maintain production output and quality standards Identify and report machine faults or production issues Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times Complete production documentation accurately Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams Skills
