Offering award winning dining and bar facilities, a 17-room motel, function rooms, 34 pokies, Keno, TAB and two Bottlemart retail stores, this family run Hotel is a thriving business with a team of 130.
About the role
We are seeking a qualified Chef to join our brilliant team of chefs.
Full time, part time or casual positions on offer.
If you are interested in furthering your cooking career in a busy, productive and award-winning kitchen, have an outstanding work ethic and are passionate about food we would love to hear from you.
Weeknight and weekend work essential.

Skills and experience
Trade qualified Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Need to be flexible, will be rostered shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passionate about food and delivering the best
Be able to handle high volume, work efficiently & effectively in a rapid-paced workplace
Excellent communication skills
