Job Description
Duncan Bakery Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities: Prepares and finishes pastries, cakes, biscuits, and pastry items.
Manages the preparation, baking, cooling, and finishing of pastry batches efficiently.
Mixes, kneads, moulds, and shapes pastry dough and batters according to recipes and specifications.
Glazes pastries and decorate cakes with icing, cream, fruits, and other garnishes.
Creates and prepares a variety of pastry fillings, creams, and custards.
Monitors baking processes, oven temperatures, and product quality to achieve consistent results.
Operates pastry-making equipment such as mixers, rollers, and cutters safely and effectively.
Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains baking trays, tins,



utensils, and pastry equipment after use.
Ensures cleanliness and hygiene of pastry equipment, tools, and work areas in compliance with food safety and occupational health standards.
Checks the quality of ingredients and measures them accurately for pastry production.
Advantages Superannuation @12% will be paid in addition to the base salary.
