Life Without Barriers is seeking a Home & Community Assistant to provide person-centred, in‐home support to Queensland Community Support Scheme clients in Chermside and surrounding areas. This permanent part‐time role covers 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with travel across Northern Brisbane reimbursed by the organisation.
You will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and accompany them to appointments and events while promoting independence and engagement.
