We're looking for a highly experiencedHead Chef or solid Sous Chefwith a proven background in elevated pub classics, with Irish & English influence to lead our food offering.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll take ownership of the kitchen while working closely with the owners to shape the direction of the menu and overall food experience.
You'll lead and support the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, manage supplier relationships, and oversee stock levels.
You'll also play a key role in refining kitchen operations and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to take the next step.




Background in busy pub or bistro kitchens with a passion for Irish/English style-cooking.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Passion for menu development and high-quality, consistent food
Calm, organised and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
