The Role
You will be out on-site bringing our custom wardrobes, cabinetry and joinery to life: working on a variety of residential / commercial projects where no two days look the same.
What You Will Be Doing
Installing custom wardrobes, walk-in robes and bespoke joinery to a high standard
Reading and interpreting plans and specs with precision
Setting up sites and keeping tools and materials organised and ready to go
Delivering top-quality workmanship with a sharp eye for detail
Thinking on your feet to solve on-site challenges as they come up
Liaising with our scheduling team to keep jobs running smoothly
Representing Packers professionally with every client you meet
What You Bring
Hands-on experience in joinery, cabinetmaking,



carpentry or installation
Precision and pride in your workmanship
A problem-solver's mindset and the confidence to work independently
Solid communication skills and a customer-first attitude
The physical fitness for manual handling on-site
A current driver's licence and White Card
A excellent attitude and genuine work ethic
