Yackandandah Health in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide overnight clinical care on a casual basis at our 83-bed residential aged care home.
You will assess residents, respond to changes in condition, administer medications and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.
Reporting to the Manager, you will work with a cooperative team in a not-for-profit organisation that values quality care, teamwork and qualified growth.
