What you'll be doing:
This isn't your typical receptionist role.
Yes, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients — handling incoming calls, emails, and scheduling — but the real heart of this role is sales.
You'll be converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, following up on leads and quotes, and managing our job diary using ServiceM8.
Outbound sales and cold calling is a big part of this role.You'll be proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating new work for the business.
We need someone who gets a buzz out of picking up the phone and making things happen — not just waiting for work to come in.
What we're looking for:
Proven sales experience, with confidence making cold calls and closing over the phone
A self-starter mentality — someone who chases opportunities, not just responds to them
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with ServiceM8 or similar job management software (essential)
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
Reliable, well-presented, and a genuine team player
Living in or around the Lara/Geelong area
