They're now looking for a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager (APAC) to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across the region. Partnering closely with the Market Lead, you'll help deliver market P&L; performance through ownership of commercial planning, marketing investment, forecasting and growth initiatives, while shaping the region's commercial strategy and priorities.
The role
Support market P&L; performance through budgeting, investment allocation, forecasting and commercial planning, in close partnership with the Market Lead.
Contribute to the development and execution of market-specific commercial strategy, identifying high-impact growth opportunities and recommending priorities.
Monitor daily trading performance, spot commercial risks and opportunities,



and work with the Trading Manager and wider teams to optimise results.
Ensure Performance Marketing and Onsite Trading are aligned to commercial priorities, and challenge execution where needed.
Build strong relationships with global execution teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to hit market objectives.
About you
5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading, or commercial management.
Proven experience owning a commercial number - budgeting, forecasting, and delivering against plan.
Solid grasp of ecommerce levers: conversion, AOV, traffic, channel mix, promotions, and margin management.
Experience working cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Onsite/Trading, and Analytics teams.
Analytically solid, with the ability to interrogate forecasts and dashboards to inform decisions.
A clear, confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and defending commercial positions.
Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, rapid-moving environments.
