We're looking for an experienced Senior Merchandise Planner to join our Merchandise team and take ownership of our OTB framework, inventory planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Reporting to the Global Merchandise Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring inventory investment, intake planning, and stock performance align with our commercial and financial goals.
You'll partner closely with Buying, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights that drive profitable growth across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the business-wide Open-to-Buy frameworkDevelop forecasts, inventory plans, and financial projectionsDeliver weekly and monthly trading analysis across sales, margin, stock performance, and inventory efficiencyIdentify risks and opportunities and provide commercially relevant recommendationsSupport budgeting, reforecasting, and inventory investment decisionsPartner closely with Buying, Finance,



and Operations to align planning outcomesContinuously improve planning processes, reporting tools, and forecasting models
What We're Looking For
4–6+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning with OTB ownershipStrong retail planning and forecasting experienceAdvanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsStrong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilityExperience within fashion, retail, or eCommerce environmentsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced business
