Our client is looking for an experiencedWorkshop Managerto lead their new Division in Ferryden Park.

What You'll Do
Lead and oversee daily workshop operations.
Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Supervise, mentor, and support workshop staff.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience managing a workshop or production team.
Solid leadership and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS).
Ability to read engineering drawings.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Desirable (but not essential)
Electrical trade or testing experience.
Experience with transformers, switchgear, substations, kiosks, or similar industrial equipment.
