Pearl Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading national construction and mining contractor to recruit multiple HSE Advisors for major project opportunities in Far North Queensland.
These are excellent opportunities for safety specialists looking to join a reputable contractor with a solid project pipeline and the potential for long-term employment.
All positions offer an 8:6 roster, 12-hour day shifts, and an immediate start.
HSE Advisor
$* per hour (Flat Rate) + Super
8:6 Roster | Dayshift Only
3 Month Project with ongoing work
12-Hour Shifts
Immediate Starts Available
Key Responsibilities:This position will see you performing a wide variety of duties, with the focus on HSE compliance, processes, and injury management.You will be responsible for (however not limited to) the following duties:
Development, implementation, and review of HSE documentation.




Injury management and reporting.
Conducting site-based inspections and audits.
Consulting with supervisory personnel and employees on HSE issues.
Maintaining risk identification processes.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or similar
Cert IV in Training and Assessment
ICAM Certificate
Relevant mining and construction experience
Driver's License
Construction White Card
First Aid (within 3 years)
Drug and Alcohol Testing Certificate
