Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain weekly cash flow forecasts.
Track project costs against budgets and identify cost overruns.
Produce job profitability reports for management.
Review labour, material and subcontractor costs for each project.
Work closely with project managers to ensure costs are captured accurately.
Prepare financial reports for directors, including:
Cash position
Work in Progress (WIP)
Project profitability
Forecast cash requirements
Skills & Experience
Experience in construction, engineering, fabrication or project-based businesses.
Solid understanding of project costing and job profitability.
Experience preparing cash flow forecasts.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience with MYOB Acumatica (highly desirable).
Robust attention to detail.
