Lucia is looking for passionate chefs who enjoy preparing quality Italian-inspired food. Whether your strengths are in pasta, pizza, grill, larder or preparation, we want to hear from skilled cooks who take pride in their work.
About the role
· Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to recipe and presentation standards
· Work across kitchen sections as required
· Support smooth, timely service during busy periods
· Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
· Assist with preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
· Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
What you will bring
· Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
· Relevant cookery qualifications are highly regarded
· A strong work ethic and reliable approach




· Sound food safety and hygiene knowledge
· The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
· Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
