We're looking for a friendly and enthusiasticCustomer Relations Assistantto join our Adelaide-based Customer Service Team.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and point of contact experience to our customers and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain client relationships and key partnerships with electrical wholesalers, contractors and our national external sales team.
Process sales orders, credits, and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Manage accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms.
Monitor inboxes and assist with technical queries and support.
Embrace our company culture and collaborate with our Customer Relations Team to produce customer-centric results.
About You
Confident communicator with a positive phone manner.
Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and experience in data entry.
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities with our partners & sales team.
Tech-savvy – experience with Microsoft Office and Dynamics software systems is a bonus.
Previous customer service or admin experience preferred.
Knowledge of electrical products is a plus, but not essential.
