About the role
Freight Link Couriers is seeking an experienced and motivated Courier/Van Driver & Depot Support team member to join our team in Townsville.
As a Courier, you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for efficiently and safely delivering packages to customers within the local area.
This is a full-time position, offering the prospect to become an integral part of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers within the local area
Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and any issues encountered
Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers as needed
Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles as required
Comply with all relevant health & safety regulations
What we're looking for
Valid driver's license and a protected driving record
Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver, preferably in the Townsville area (not essential)




Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Positive physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing high-quality service
