NOW Energy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial builder with a robust pipeline of refurbishment and fit-out projects acrossretail, education, hospitality, service stations and commercial sectors.
We're looking for anEstimatorwith2–5 years' experienceworking for aPrincipal Contractor.
This is a MUST-HAVE requirement.
We'renotlooking for someone who has only priced one trade or specialist package.
You must have experience estimatingentire refurbishment and fit-out projectsfrom tender through to submission, coordinating all scopes of work.
You'll be responsible for:
Preparing hard dollar tenders for commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
Completing quantity take-offs and pricing all project scopes
Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
Assisting with procurement and project handover
Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams




To be considered you'll need:
2–5 years' estimating experience with aPrincipal Contractor
Experience pricingcomplete commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects
Excellent commercial and analytical skills
Experience with Cubit (or similar estimating software) is advantageous
