Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy restaurant.

you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation.
