Admin Assistant - Sales Support Timber and Hardware

An exciting chance has just become available for anAdmin Assistant - Sales Support Timber and Hardwareto join our team at Yatala.
This is an key role within the company and would suit an extremely well organised individual with a keen eye for detail, strong communication and time management skills, and can problem solve and plan ahead.No Selling or cold calling and no weekends
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Your main responsibilities will be to provide support to sales representatives.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers, Sales Reps and other staff regarding quotes, orders and deliveries.
Ensure orders are placed accurately and in a timely manner
Build long-term loyalty by providing after sales service where appropriate,
No cold calling
Assisting Sales Representatives by processing purchase orders
Monday to Friday only,



no weekends or evening work
This role requires the ideal candidate to possess the following:
Essential Criteria
Must have the right to work in Australia without conditions.
Ability to performing steadily and maintain work load during peak times for reasonable periods of time
Computer literacy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal skills - confidence, professionalism, integrity and solid sense of accountability
Time, task and priority management
Customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of the building industry would be advantageous but not essential.
