We are looking for leaders that understand the customer journey and put it above all else.
Whilst pub experience is not essential some gaming experience would be advantageous, understanding legislation, AML etc.
The team is robust and as such will need someone who can continue to develop people as the business grows and group grows.
Driving revenue is key so an understanding of marketing/social media is desirable.
We don't expect our teams to sacrifice everything and work life balance is encouraged.
