About You
Live and can support our customers in
Mackay
and surrounding areas
Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 7am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)
Able to complete our paid 2-week training program
Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
What We Offer
Open to entry-level and experienced carers
$ - $ p/h + super
Paid travel time + $1.33 p/km allowance + company phone
Permanent Contract hours:
Current Entrants: * hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
Experienced Carers (12+ months experience): * hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
Your Role
As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.



From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you'll make a real difference in people's lives every day.
Entry-level: Cleaning, laundry, meal prep and household support
Experienced: Personal care (showering, toileting, medications), social support and domestic duties
Most importantly provide companionship and brighten someone's day
