First Year Electrical Apprentice – Solar & Battery Installer
Location:Tuggerah, NSW
HC Power is looking for a motivated first-year electrical apprentice to join our growing team.
We specialise in residential solar, battery storage and EV charger installations across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney.
This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced electricians while working with some of the latest renewable energy technology.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the installation of solar panel systems.
Helping install home battery storage systems.
Assisting with EV charger installations.
Learning electrical wiring and testing procedures.
Carrying tools and materials, preparing work areas and keeping sites tidy.
Working safely on roofs and around electrical equipment.
Learning industry best practices from experienced tradespeople.
What we're looking for
Currently completing or looking to start a first-year electrical apprenticeship.
Robust work ethic and willingness to learn.




Reliable and punctual.
Positive attitude and able to work well in a team.
Comfortable working at heights.
Current driver's licence (or working towards one) is preferred.
White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
