About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our frozen yogurt shop in Geelong!
You'll help create a fun and friendly atmosphere, serve customers with a smile, and keep our shop clean and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, rapid, and qualified customer service.
Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and toppings to a high standard.
Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, including machines, benches, and customer areas.




Follow daily and weekly cleaning routines.
Restock supplies and ensure the shop always looks fresh and inviting.
Work efficiently during busy periods and as part of a small team.
Be punctual and ready to work each shift.
