We're looking for an experienced Insurance Broker to join our growing team. This is a remote, part-time position (three days per week) offering flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to work with a supportive and knowledgeable team. As the business grows, the position will move to full time.
About the Role
Working closely with our strata management team, you will:
Manage a portfolio of strata insurance clients.
Prepare renewals, new business and endorsements.
Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.
Provide professional insurance advice and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with insurers, strata managers and clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
Deliver a high standard of customer service and communication.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (FSR compliant) – essential.
Previous insurance broking experience (strata insurance experience highly regarded).
Strong knowledge of the general insurance market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
The ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service.
Confidence using broker management systems and Microsoft Office.
