V Thai by Rice on Me is looking for an experienced and passionate
Full-Time Chef
to join our team in Windsor, NSW.
Salary:
$75,000–$80,000 per year + superannuation
Key Responsibilities
Plan menus and develop current dishes.
Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and food safety.
Monitor food and labour costs and manage kitchen stock.
Order supplies and check deliveries.
Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure customer dietary and allergy requirements are met.
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food presentation.
Assist with catering and special events.
Prepare staff rosters and support kitchen management.
Requirements
A
Diploma of Hospitality Management
or an equivalent trade qualification.
At least
3 years of full-time work experience




as a Chef.
Experience preparing authentic Thai cuisine is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
