We're a Gold Coast wedding photography, film and videography studio looking for a passionate all-rounder to join our small, hard-working team.
This role is a mix of client communication, wedding planning support, general photographic administration - so we need someone who can genuinely work across all of those areas and who enjoys a variety of tasks.
Approximately 3 days per week, based in-studio on the Gold Coast, flexible schedule. Please note this is not a remote position.
YOU'LL NEED
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
A warm, qualified manner with clients
Experience in photography and/or the wedding industry a big plus
Lightroom editing skills highly regarded
The ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced creative workplace




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the go-to person for clients, photographers, videographers, and wedding suppliers
Plan and coordinate wedding photography timelines/run sheets with couples
Communicate wedding details to our team to ensure everything runs smoothly
Provide an exceptional client experience through warm, timely communication
Handle general office admin tasks efficiently and proactively
