You'll be the first voice people hear, and often the one who sorts it before it needs to go further.
What you'll be doing:Own the phones and inbox.
Calls, emails and web enquiries.
You're the first port of call for the business, first impression, first read on what a customer actually needs, first chance to get it right.Get sharp on 18+ service lines, rapid.
Skip bins one call, grease traps the next, a farmer asking about tank pump-outs after that.
No two calls the same.Use your judgement.
Triage enquiries, handle what's yours,



and loop in the right person when it's theirs, backed by multiple operations coordinators who know the job as well as you will.Keep the wheels turning.
Accuracy is key, nothing missed, nothing left hanging.Work where the action is.
Based at our Bomen Road office, shoulder to shoulder with the crew actually doing the jobs.
