THE ROLE:Provide technical and systems support to sales agents and staff.
Set up and troubleshoot email accounts.
Manage user access and password resets.
Assist with social media and digital profiles.
Maintain agent photos and digital assets.
Deliver help desk support across multiple offices.
Troubleshoot CRM, software and system issues.
Coordinate technology setup for new team members.
Support day-to-day agent technology needs.
Assist with systems and process improvements.
Collaborate with teams to provide productive internal support.
THE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous Real Estate Administration or Sales Administration experience preferred.
Strong technical aptitude and confidence working across multiple systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience usingVaultREwill be highly regarded.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service focused with a genuine desire to help others.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-driven.
